Signal Point Media Group ("we," "us," "our") operates signalpointmediagroup.com. This page explains what information we collect through the site, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect the name, email, phone number, and message you provide. When you use the project planning quiz, we collect the services you select, plus the name, business name, email, phone number, timeline, and any notes you enter. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and put together the plan or quote you asked for — nothing more.

If you accept analytics cookies through the cookie banner, we also collect standard usage data automatically: pages visited, general location (city/region level), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site.

We also run the Meta Pixel on every visit, for every visitor, to help us measure the performance of our own Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns and build retargeting audiences. Unlike the analytics cookie described below, the pixel isn't controlled by the cookie banner. You can limit this kind of ad tracking generally through your Meta ad preferences or a browser extension that blocks tracking pixels.

Cookies

We use two categories of cookies, shown in the cookie banner when you first visit:

• Necessary — required for the site to function (like remembering your cookie preference). These are always on.
• Analytics — helps us understand which pages and content are actually useful, via Google Analytics. Optional, opt-in.

You can change your analytics choice at any time by clearing your browser's site data for signalpointmediagroup.com and revisiting, which brings the banner back.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to respond to inquiries, build and send the marketing plan you requested, and improve the site based on how it's actually used. If you've opted into marketing cookies, we may also use ad platform data to measure and improve the performance of our own advertising — we don't sell your personal information to third parties.

Third-party services

Depending on your cookie choices, data may be processed by Google Analytics and/or Google Ads and Meta Ads for measurement and remarketing purposes, each governed by their own privacy policies. We don't share the contact or quiz information you submit directly to us with these platforms.

Data retention

We keep inquiry and quiz submissions for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and maintain our own business records, or as required by law.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing chandler@signalpointmediagroup.com.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
